This year the summit is proudly being hosted by BAF Shaheen College Dhaka and is organized by BAF Shaheen College Dhaka Mental Health and Well-being Club.It promises to bring together visionaries, mental health advocates, and passionate individuals dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being and raising awareness on important issues related to mental health.

All enthusiasts are invited to serve as campus ambassadors for the next "2nd National Mental Health Summit”. To compete, to be named one of the wonderful personalities, demonstrate your networking and leadership skills. You will have the opportunity to promote your college in front of thousands of participants from other institutions across the nation as the campus ambassador. We are looking forward to aspiring leaders who can inspire others!
Benefits of being campus ambassador :
1) All Campus ambassadors will get certificate of participation for showing their laudable performance in 2nd NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH SUMMIT”
2) Best campus ambassador will get the a certificate of achievement and a crest as a honorarium, for showing high performance and engaging a high number of contestants.
Eligibility for being a Campus ambassador :
1) Students from Class 8 to 12 are eligible for being campus ambassador.

“WHAT WILL I DO IF THE WORLD WAS ENDING?” - Everyone once in their life have thought about this question.
So here we are, bringing our exciting segment “WHAT IF”. Dive into the world of psychology with WHAT IF. What will you do when you are put into situations filled with difficulties and hardships. Brainstorm and do critical thinking to find out the best answers of all the what-if there can be !
Think as yourself, explore your limits!
SEGMENT DETAILS:
1. It is a solo segment.
2. Its an online segment
3. Participant will be provided with 15 questions and there will be a time limit of 30 mins.
4. Participants must include their reason why are they choosing that particular answer.

It is time to think about your own self, your own well-being, and unleash your creative literary skills. Bring out your inner sailor to clear your mind, reflect on yourself, and live a happier life!
TOPIC: SELF-REGULATION SKILLS
SEGMENT DESCRIPTION:
1. It is a solo and an essay segment.
2. Participants needs to write an essay about their thoughts on self-regulation skills.
3. The essay should be in minimum 1500 words to maximum 1800 words.
4. The document must have to be in pdf format.
5. Any instances of plagiarism, AI usage, or Copyright strikes will be thoroughly investigated in the submission.

CONUNDRUM UNRAVELLED
OVERVIEW OF THE SEGMENT:
The segment ' Conundrum Unravelled ' gives you the opportunity to have a team of 3 people. Everything will have their own file set of detailed information.
Case Study ' refers to teams working on a specific detailed study of something. For example, a murder story comes up and you have to find the culprit. All of a sudden a jump scare gets in and tells you to attach the dots together to find out the actual person behind all the mess.
ARTICLE RELEASE: On 17th October,2024 a basic online file of information and clues also named as 'Investigation report of the case' will be available.
FORMAT: The final day you will have all the appurtenances and comprehensive clues as the postmortem report to take you to the culprit.You will have to state the logic of why the character,
The one you choose to be the main character or the villain. The set of the final chair will announce the verdict on 18 OCTOBER.

SEGMENT DESCRIPTION:-
1. It is a solo segment.
2.Participant must fill out the form and attach the audio file in the form.
3.The maximum size of the audio file can only 5min
