2nd National Medi Carnival, Cultural, Art & Photography Fest – 2025Reigniting the Spirit of Expression and Excellence.
After the unforgettable debut in 2020, the journey of the National Medi Carnival was abruptly paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But now, after five long years, the heartbeat of creativity and collaboration returns — louder, brighter, and bolder.
This year, eight powerhouse clubs of Armed Forces Medical College, Dhaka bring together an unforgettable lineup of national inter-medical competitions celebrating intellect, art, culture, and storytelling.

Rules of Participation:
1. Among the events Rhythm of Life 2.0 (Cultural Competition) & Visual Whispers (Cinematography Competetion) are completely online. Only selected candidates / winners of these events can join the fest physically with registration fees. Other participants of these online events may join the fest registering in other offline events.
2. All participants of Essence of Intellect 2.0 (inter medi Olympiad) can register online and join the fest physically.
3. Selected participants of Oculus 2.0 (Inter Medical Photography Exhibition) & Lumina:Shade I (Inter Medical Art Exhibition) can join the fest physically.
4. Among the registered teams first 8 teams will be selected to participate in "Resonance: Wave I" in each debate category. But all registered participants of Poetry can join physically in the fest.
5. Participants of events with pre selection will be provided with a SELECTION ID through the respective event pages which the participants will use later for final registration.
6. Participants must pay the registration fees according to events/segments. Registrations will be confirmed through message.
7. Participants must bring NID Card and College ID card to have access to AFMC as well as Dhaka Cantonment.
8. Participants must abide by the disciplinary regulations of AFMC and co-operate with the volunteers and organizers in this regard.
9. Please follow specific event pages for more details.
10. Events like Oculus 2.0 (Photography Exhibition), Rhythm of Life 2.0 (Cultural Competition), Lumina: Shade I (Art Exhibition), Resonance:Wave 1 (Debate & Poetry competition) & Visual Whispers (Cinematography Competition) may have mandatory steps like preliminary registration, upload and final registration of selected participants with registration fees.
N.B:
1. The Organizing Committee holds full authority over the structure, schedule, and execution of the fest. It reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any segment if necessary.
2. All decisions made by the Committee regarding the fest shall be final and binding.
3. Submitted contents may be used for promotional or archival purposes with proper credit.
Let this be more than just a festival — let it be a statement. That creativity in medicine is not a distraction, but a celebration of the soul behind the science.
