A SEABEE SWARM is very informal,no dues, no officers, no Constitution and By-Laws, no Conventions. The phenomenon of a SEABEE SWARM as a very informal gathering of SEABEES to share SEABEE pride and past experiences, is the seed for future growth and sustained membership in the only veterans organization formed by SEABEES, operated by SEABEES, and for the benefit of SEABEES.
