In honor of Women’s History Month, H.E.L.P Wellness Center invites you to a gentle, intentional evening designed for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

She Poured Back Into Herself is a safe and supportive space to step away from the expectations of always being strong and instead focus on rest, self-compassion, and emotional wellness. This experience is about slowing down, checking in with yourself, and giving back to the parts of you that are often poured out for others.

During this Check-In & Sip, participants can expect:

• Affirmation and intention-setting exercises
• Light refreshments and cocktails
• A calm, welcoming environment rooted in community and care
