NOVIAS is back on the trail 🌿✨

Join us for our second All-Women Hike — this time in Chesapeake at beautiful Oak Grove Lake Park. We’ll be circling the 1.5-mile trail with a special guest fitness instructor adding fun, spaced-out fitness challenges along the way to gently push and empower us. 💪🏾🌸

All fitness levels are welcome — whether you’re here to sweat, stroll, or simply connect.
