🔥🐖 2nd Annual Whole Hog BBQ Competition Cook-Off & Car, Truck & Jeep Show 🐖🔥Join us for an exciting weekend of award-winning BBQ, live music presented by Saxy & The Thrill, awesome rides, and community fun at Toisnot Fire & Rescue’s 2nd Annual Whole Hog BBQ Competition, happening March 27–28, 2026 in Elm City!
This event is more than just great food and friendly competition — it’s a fundraiser to help Toisnot Fire & Rescue purchase critical, life-saving equipment. Every dollar raised goes toward ensuring our firefighters have the tools and protective equipment needed to safely and effectively perform our job while continuing to serve our community at the highest level.
While this event helps raise funds, it also costs money to host and operate, which is why we are actively seeking sponsors. Any amount — big or small — makes a difference and directly supports this event and our mission.

All cook teams:
Arrival and setup begins on the 27th, dinner / event meeting begins at 5:30. The pigs will be distributed at 7:00.
