A trailblazer in the medical community, Dr. Adetoun Abisogun Musa is a double board-certified physician specializing in Neurology and Epilepsy. She is the owner of , San Antonio's First Self-Pay Neurology Practice that provides fast access to specialty care. She has been a pivotal figure in San Antonio's healthcare landscape since 2018. Her groundbreaking research at the South Texas Veterans Hospital from 2020 to 2023, funded by the San Antonio Medical Foundation, focused on using Artificial Intelligence to decipher dementia patterns, marking a major advancement in the field. Dr. Musa's work earned her prestigious awards in 2023, including the AIM-AHEAD Fellowship in Leadership and the National Medical Fellowships Diversity in Clinical Trials Research Program Award. She was awarded the C.A. Whittier Society 2023 Academic Physician of the Year Award. Dr. Musa is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Texas Health Science Center where she's also shaping future medical minds, solidifying her role as a visionary in both medical research and education.
She is currently integrating Neurofeedback and Holistic Therapies into her private practice to create specialized non-pharmaceutical wellness programs for brain health, and performance enhancement.

Fatima Keys M. A, LPC-S, LCDC has always had a passion with helping others with life struggles. She first gained experience by providing counseling for underserviced populations while she obtained her bachelor’s in psychology in 1999. However, in 2013 and after Fatima started working through her own life struggles, she received her masters and professional licensures to start professional counseling services independently. Fatima understands her clients' challenges, such as how it feels to desire isolation because of depression; how it feels to be burnt out because of work; how to want to avoid life because of anxiety. She knows how it feels to have uncontrollable anger and fear. In addition, she knows how it feels to not be authentic because of judgement. She even knows how it feels to have breakdowns in relationships with family and friends. She embarked on her journey to work over and through the obstacles using the same unique person-centered approach she offers her clients today. Fatima also has experience in working with clients in crisis situations including but not limited to home, work, and school. She also has done diagnostic testing for the mental health authorities, spoke at conferences providing information about mental health, facilitated groups, and has provided professional case management. In addition, she has extension training and experience with couples (traditional and nontraditional and with population but not limited to BIPOC, ENM, LGBTI and persons that have experienced religious trauma. She works closely works with individuals, children (12 and up), couples, and families. She is a mother, wife and a Zumba/ HIIT/MixxedFit fitness instructor that advocates for physical health and wellbeing in all areas of life.
