On behalf of Mayor Dr. Roderick Daus-Magbual and the Daly City Council we invite you to join us for a free all-ages event at the Top of the Hill on October 18 2025 from 11am-6pm — a day of food fun and entertainment as we celebrate the heart of Daly City. Whether you’re a longtime resident or just passing through everyone is welcome to join the festivities for the TOP Festival in the Bay Area.
Following a successful debut in 2024 — which welcomed over 10000 attendees and featured 27 community partners — the Top of the Hill Festival has quickly become a highlight on the Bay Area’s cultural calendar. This year we’re expanding our footprint and reach and we anticipate an even bigger turnout.
Enjoy live performances from local talent plus a headlining act to be announced soon! Explore a wide variety of food and merchandise vendors connect with community organizations and take part in exciting activities — including a classic car show kids zone pony rides and more.
