At just 27 years old, our friend Alexis received news that no one should ever hear. After weeks of unexplained pain and disappointing doctor visits, Alexis checked herself into the emergency room where she was diagnosed with colon cancer—a diagnosis that is extremely rare for someone so young, healthy, and full of life.
For anyone who knows Alexis, you know she’s a vibrant woman with an incredible spirit and a heart as big as they come. As a friend, she’s always been the friend who’s there for others, offering her strength, kindness, and humor to lift everyone around her.
As an esthetician at Lumi, Alexis is more than just a facialist; she’s a cherished friend to every client she meets. She has a unique gift for making others feel beautiful, not only on the outside but within. For her clients, she’s more than a skin care expert—she’s a confidant and a friend.
But now, it’s Alexis who needs our support.
Cancer treatment is never easy, and it’s overwhelming in every way—physically, emotionally, and financially. Alexis is facing a long journey ahead, including chemotherapy, surgeries, and many other essential treatments that bring not only physical challenges but also significant financial burdens. Medical bills are quickly adding up, and while she’s doing everything possible to keep her spirits up, the weight of these expenses is immense.
