About this Event
Following on from the success of last year’s RMCH safeguarding study day, please join us for our second annual children’s safeguarding study day on 28 November 2024
Target audience: paediatricians of all grades plus other healthcare professionals involved in children’s safeguarding
The aim of this study day is to provide a forum for clinicians involved in children’s safeguarding to come together to discuss hot topics and new developments in clinical practice pertinent to the care that we provide to our children and young people.
This year’s topics will include:
- Soft tissue injuries
- Description and documentation of injuries in a child protection medical assessment
- Fractures and the role of radiology investigations
- Burns
