What’s the perfect way to spend your Saturday? Enjoying the awesome bars in historic Downtown Willoughby and raising money to fund cancer research sounds pretty perfect to us!
Come be a part of the 2nd Annual Purple Buckeyes Bar Crawl on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024! We are back for another amazing year!
The Purple Buckeyes are a Lake County Relay For Life team that was created in memory of the team captain’s father, Greg, whom ended his battle against pancreatic cancer in 2021. Greg loved spending a crisp fall Saturday in Downtown Willoughby, having a cold beer with his friends and family and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes play football at the many bars and restaurants. What a better way to celebrate a great man AND raise funds for the American Cancer Society than to have a bar crawl in the place he enjoyed most!
Participating bars: The Wild Goose, Nora’s Public House, Mullarkey’s, Sage Karma Kitchen , Hola Tacos, Sol, The Yard, and more!
General admission is $30.00 and includes a bar crawl shirt (unisex, 100% cotton) and a custom beer koozie. Drink and food specials available at every bar within the crawl (for crawl-goers only)!
MUST BE 21 TO PURCHASE TICKETS AND ATTEND!

Relay For Life is a fundraising event created by The American Cancer Society, and Relays can be found in communities around the nation! Relay For Life funds assist in cancer research as well as aiding local programs that help cancer patients and their caregivers with transport as well as housing during their treatments.
