Last year's inaugural Mother Heal Thyself Women's Retreat went so well that we would like to humbly invite you to join us for a transformative weekend retreat designed to help women heal, renew, and step into their God-given strength. Inspired by the wisdom of Luke 4:23—"Physician, heal yourself!"—this retreat offers a safe and nurturing space for women to prioritize their healing, reflect on their life’s journey, and reconnect with their spiritual and emotional well-being.
Over the course of the weekend, we’ll explore topics such as generational trauma, boundaries, self-worth, and spiritual healing through interactive workshops, creative activities, and guided meditation. You’ll also enjoy moments of solitude for personal reflection, opportunities to connect with like-minded women, and creative expression through activities like painting or jewelry making.
