Lift for Life is a team of 2 competition hosted at Crossfit Raw Steel. M/M/ and F/F. 4 WODS that will be challenging and fun to complete. WODs to be posted before the event. Competition will start at 7:00 with briefing, standards and questions. The first WOD will start promptly at 8 am.
