Join the City of Dubuque Parks & Recreation Department on Saturday, May 16, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for a fun‑filled outdoor celebration at Usha Park. Bring the whole family for a day of kite flying, kite making, and outdoor fun!
• Bring your own kite or make one at the event!
• Watch as experienced kite enthusiasts fill the sky with large, colorful kites.
• Enjoy outdoor games and activities with the Parks & Recreation Rec‑n‑Roll trailer.
• Plenty of family‑friendly activities!
The entrance to the Usha Park parking lot is right next to Journey Church on Pennsylvania Ave.
