Mental health and wellness are on the minds of almost everyone, especially post-pandemic. We all want to feel better. Adults and children alike. That said, there is a mounting body of research that shows we are facing a serious global mental health crisis… and it is disproportionately impacting our youth. All the while, ancient healing traditions are experiencing a resurgence among the next generation. Why now? Why the noticeable shift to prioritize the mind and soul? Ironically, technology has contributed to the decline of mental health in adolescents… but technology has also played a part in spurring interest in ancient healing as evidenced by the many TikTok creators bringing crystals to the masses as well as the growing interest in meditation and the sales of crystals among the younger generation.

On Saturday, June 22nd, we are hosting our second annual event, “Growing Up Well” to raise awareness for some of the ways we can cultivate wellbeing in our younger generations through expanding our consciousness with ancient healing modalities. Come and hear from healers and practitioners who are trained specifically for working with youth, ages 5-12. Enjoy music, outdoor painting, yoga, crystal healing, meditation and tarot readings.
