Organized by Blue Divas, join us under the blacklights for the 2nd annual "glowga" class led by personal trainer and yoga teacher, Rachel Dahlstrand Behn. We will begin class by grounding and warming up the body. We will take our heart rate up and down to amazing music while doing a fun yoga flow, and end with deep stretches and relaxation. Class is for all levels, but is ages 18+!All proceeds go back to support colon cancer programming through Get Your Rear in Gear - Charlotte.

Schedule:
6:30 - 7:30 PM - Welcome + Mingle
Join us to mingle, set up your mat and pick up your swag/registration packets.
7:30 PM - Glow Yoga Class
Wear your glow items and get ready for fun!
8:30 PM - Post Yoga Happy Hour
Stop by the onsite restaurant Pit Road Grill for a post yoga happy hour drink and food specials.
