This year, we’re excited to feature a keynote from Jennifer Hyland (ret. Deputy Chief Constable). After 26 years in policing, including senior leadership, Jennifer now speaks and advises on what it takes to lead with resilience and integrity. Her keynote will touch on women supporting women, breaking through inner ceilings, moving beyond burnout, and building social capital through authentic networking.
