About this Event

The 2nd Annual Fleur De Lys Charity Gala Dinner

J oin us for a splendid evening of food, drink, dancing and fun as we celebrate a reprise of the flagship event in the St James Company Calendar as we raise money for a fantastic cause.

E xpect an abundance of drink, a delicious meal, fabulous music and the best of company as we dance the night away, all while raising money for the Fleur de Lys Foundation, which supports young people in all walks of life, and a music scholarship awarded to a young person by St James Church.

Dress code: Black tie, National Dress or Mess Dress

Included in your ticket will be:

Music all night - starting with a live jazz band and followed by a DJ late into the night

A sparkling wine reception

A three-course meal with wine pairing - dietary requirements will of course be catered for! You'll have the opportunity to express these at the end of your menu form.

STEAK TARTARE - Tabasco mustard dressing, cornichons, shallots, parsley, St Ewe’s egg yolk, sourdough crisp

SEARED SCALLOPS - Celeriac puree, salsa verde, granny smith apple & watercress salad

Main

ROAST RACK OF LAMB - roasted heritage carrots, grilled courgette, black garlic puree, thyme & hazelnut pesto and pomme puree

ROAST COD - Creamed leeks, mussels, samphire and pomme puree

CAULIFLOWER STEAK - chickpease and roasted red pepper, chipotle hummus and chimichurri (Vegan)

Dessert

STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING - Cornish Clotted cream

SELECTION OF BRITISH CHEESES - Yorkshire Brie, Buffalo Inglewhite, Cropwell Bishop Stilton, quince jelly, celery, grapes and crackers

BELGIAN CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE - Raspberry coulis, salted caramel ice cream (Vegan)

Three after-dinner drinks of your choosing - from a warming glass of whisky to a refreshing cocktail, there will be a whole menu to choose from to suit all tastes. For those who wish, there will of course be a cash bar open until late into the night, although you may not need it!

A fter dinner, a charity raffle will commence, with tickets available to purchase both with your event ticket at a special deal of two strips for £15, or £10 per strip on the night.
