Natesha is a data scientist and analytics leader known for her unexpectedly fun, community-driven workshops that blend collaboration, curiosity, and creativity. Through her work at Data Swale, she helps small and midsize businesses build the data foundations and decision systems needed to scale with confidence. With a background in finance and advanced analytics (M.S. in Analytics, Georgia Institute of Technology), she brings both technical depth and real-world business insight into every session.
