Crawfish, Cornhole & Wellness Fair — a fundraiser event supporting women in our community who have battled or are battling cancer.
Join us for a fun-filled day that brings together wellness, community, and friendly competition — all in support of individuals and families impacted by cancer. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
This unique event features three ways to participate and support, making it easy for everyone to get involved.

Cornhole Tournament - $75/per 2 person team
Grab a partner and register your 2-person team for our cornhole tournament! Whether you’re competitive or just in it for the fun, the tournament is a great way to enjoy the day while supporting a meaningful cause. $75 per 2-person team (3 rounds, Round Robin, top players advance to Championship Round)
Battle of the Brass plays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Longest Throw 50/50 competition 12:30 p.m.
Tournament: 12:45 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Open to all skill levels

Health & Wellness Fair - $125/Exhibitor Table
Explore our Wellness Fair featuring local businesses and practitioners offering resources, services, and products that support healing, self-care, and whole-person wellness, with a special focus on life during and after a cancer diagnosis. Guests will circulate throughout the day, creating steady traffic and engagement for exhibitors.
Fair Open: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Crawfish & Beverage Package - $40/person (Crawfish must be pre-ordered by March 17th) Enjoy the best flavors of the day with our Crawfish & Beverage Package, available for pre-order. This is the perfect add-on for anyone who wants to relax, eat well, and soak in the festive atmosphere. $40 per person. Includes crawfish and select beverages.
