Come join us for a day of fun and awareness at the Farwest Rotary Community Center at New Generations Park! Whether you prefer walking, running, or rolling, there's something for everyone at this event. Hopefully it will be nice enough for the splash pad to be open for the kiddos, too.

Connect with others who understand the challenges of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility while enjoying a day of movement and relaxation. Let's come together to support each other and raise awareness for these conditions.

0.5K Fun “Race” – Walk, Run, Roll, Relax

Join us for the most fun (and most doable!) half kilometer you’ll ever experience! Our 0.5K is less about speed and more about community, connection, and celebrating every body—exactly as it is.

Whether you walk, run, roll, or relax your way to the finish line, this event is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and low-pressure. Take it at your own pace, pause when you need to, and enjoy the journey alongside others who get it.

Expect a lighthearted atmosphere and plenty of encouragement from start to finish. Stick around after your “race” for connection, resources, and time to relax with others in the community. This event is for individuals, families, caregivers, and supporters—because everyone belongs here.

All proceeds support Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome awareness and community connection right here in the Bismarck- Mandan area.

So come as you are, bring a friend, and join us for a 0.5K where the goal isn’t pushing harder—it’s feeling supported, seen, and part of something meaningful

Following the 0.5k (or you can choose to make it a 5k), we will have a free-will donation meal and give-away door prizes.

Area vendors will be on-site with wellness-related items and information. Enjoy FREE on-site reflexology, reiki, yoga nidra, and other relaxing activities. Northern Plains Dance will be offering a FREE Aging Gracefully dance class. Laila Noelle will be singing throughout! Facepainting and yard games!

Following the 0.5k, we will have a taco-in-a-bag l and draw for door prizes.
