Don't miss this exciting afternoon raising money for Basset & Beagle Rescue of the Heartland while highlighting the athleticism of basset hounds and beagles, racing their little hearts out at City Dogs!
Whether you're a dog owner or simply a fan of these lovable breeds, the Basset & Beagle Derby is the perfect opportunity to spend time surrounded by furry friends. Basset & Beagle Rescue of the Heartland will also be there with adoptable hounds!
To add to the fun, we’ll have local vendors and Julita’s southern cooking food truck!
Derby Ticket Purchase Options:
Race Participant: $20 per hound (includes 1 human handler)
Spectator only: $10 per person
Kids 12 & Under: FREE
Please pre-register your hound using the Google Form. Send Venmo payment to @KCBassetBrigade. Additional spectator tickets can be purchased at the door for $10 per person. Donations are also welcome at the door.
