The 27th New Year Firecracker Ceremony & Cultural Festival is scheduled for Wednesday January 29 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM at Sara D. Roosevelt Park located at Chrystie and Grand Streets in New York City's Chinatown.
Event Highlights:
- Firecracker Ceremony: The festivities commence with a traditional firecracker display aimed at warding off evil spirits and welcoming the Lunar New Year.
- Cultural Performances: Attendees can enjoy a variety of cultural performances including lion and dragon dances which are integral to Lunar New Year celebrations.
