Dear gentle listeners,it has come to this author's most discerning attention that the social event of the season is nearly upon us. The 27th Annual Classy 97 Second Chance Prom has arrived!
This season's theme: A Royal Regency Ball.
One would do well to dust off their finest corsetry, their most resplendent tailcoats, their most elegant evening gloves and arrive draped in the fashions of the Regency era or perhaps one would prefer to arrive precisely as you are, welcomed with equal warmth. The grand festivities shall commence on the evening of Saturday, June the Sixth, as the clock strikes eight pm, at the most picturesque of venues, The Waterfront at Snake River Landing. The revelry shall carry on until eleven o'clock, when this glittering affair must, as all things must, draw to a close.

This is your chance, dear listener, your second chance, to be precise, at the evening you always deserved. The dance card fills quickly, and this author would be most disappointed to hear you did not attend.
