The Aging Your Way Festival (Prev. Lebanon 50+) is back with an improved format! Join us at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center on Thursday, October 8th for demonstrations, health components (like building a bird house, including materials!) contests (speed puzzling anyone?), exhibits, health screenings, and tons of FUN! The Expo runs from 10 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
While technology makes it easy to search for information online, not all sources are reliable. That’s why face-to-face connections remain so important. The Festival gives sponsors and exhibitors a unique chance to meet potential clients in person, share your story, and show exactly how your products or services can benefit them.

What is the Aging Your Way Festival? Our Festival is a vibrant, one-day event bringing together education, services, lifestyle experiences (like food demonstrations and birdhouse building), entertainment, and resources—all tailored to those interested in healthy aging and their families in Lebanon and surrounding counties. It’s a rare opportunity to find so much valuable information gathered in one place!
If your organization or parent organization provides hospital or medical practice services, you are welcome to participate. Please reach out to Cynthia Gartman, our Festival Co-Chair at [email protected], to discuss how your organization could sponsor, exhibit and/or provide health screenings.
Below, you’ll find more details about the Festival and exhibiting. In 2019, we welcomed over 1,500 attendees, and we’re hoping to make this year even more appealing. We hope you’ll join us! Please note, exhibitors are permitted to make sales in their booth space only. Food sales and contract sales are not permitted. All promotions and sales activities must take place within your booth space, except for any demonstrations that were pre-approved by the committee.
If your organization would like to offer one or more public no-cost Health Screenings, there is no charge for offering that service to the attendees. Exhibitors, you may have a booth in the North Hall and an additional location in the Health Screening area. Sponsors, you may have a booth in the Center Hall and additional locations in the Health Screening area. Health Screening choices are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Health screenings will be listed in the Program Brochure.

If your organization would like to offer demonstrations at your booth, there is no charge for offering that service to the attendees. We need to know what time you would like to conduct the demonstration(s).

Final Notes: A confirmation letter and invoice (if applicable) will be emailed. Your company name and/or logo may be used in Festival Advertising. Not for Profit organizations must be a 501(c)(3) or government agency & provide proof of qualifying status.
