Naples Pathways Coalition and Naples Velo will be participating in the National Ride of Silence to honor people who have been injured or killed while biking, to raise awareness of the importance of bicycle safety, and to ask that everyone share the road safely.We will meet at Cambier Park (755 8th Avenue S) at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20. Helmets are required, and we will take a slow, hour-long ride in silence downtown as we remember those we've lost or whose lives changed due to a cycling crash.
There is no fee to participate. Please encourage your friends and family and join us for this meaningful ride. If you have a bright yellow NPC shirt, please wear it. If you don’t have one, please email your size to [email protected], and they will be available for a donation.
