Bill of Rights Day Celebration featuring Students reading their award winning essays and Reciting the 1st Ten U.S. Constitutional Amendments comprising the Bill of Rights. Event will be in Browning Rooms of EVPL Central Library Branch December 13st, 2025.
Prizes will be awarded to students for the annual essay contest.
Robert Kruse our local campus debater will give the keynote address.
