24 Hours of Heroes Australia began in 2021 at Nepean CrossFit. From that single gym, it has grown into a community movement across Australia and New Zealand, with more than 40 gyms and 1,300 participants involved in 2025.Every pushup, crunch, and dollar raised helps ease the financial, emotional and personal hardships facing veterans, first responders, and their families.
So far we've raised over $1,000,000 to support veterans and their families – and we can't wait to see how much we can raise together in 2026!
