Most small businesses do not stall because the founder is not working hard enough. They stall because the business was never built with the operational foundation it needs to grow. Processes live in the founder's head. Finances are unclear. Clients get a different experience every time. And the business cannot function the moment the owner steps away.
24 Systems for a Thriving Business is a hands-on workshop series built to change that. Over
two 3-hour sessions, participants learn and implement the operational framework behind every
sustainable business. Each session is structured around real work — not lectures. Participants
leave with completed worksheets, documented processes, and a clear plan they can execute
starting Monday morning.
Part 1 of this series focuses on diagnosis and foundation. Before you can build the right
systems, you need to see clearly where your business actually stands. Most business owners
are surprised by what the diagnostic reveals.
This session introduces the full 24 Systems framework across six operational categories: Leadership and Decision-Making, Operations and Delivery, Financial Management, Client Experience, Marketing and Sales, and Growth and Scaling. Participants assess their own business against the framework, identify their most critical gaps, and complete a Financial Clarity Snapshot that many describe as the most honest look they have ever taken at their own numbers.
By the end of Part 1, every participant will have a completed Business Diagnostic Worksheet, a Financial Clarity Snapshot, and a clear understanding of which systems to build first and why. They will also receive a homework assignment that prepares them for the hands-on build work in Part 2.
The course includes classroom presentation and facilitated discussion alongside structured in-class work sessions. Each participant receives the course workbook and all worksheets in hard copy and digital format.

Your Instructor
Latrice Knuckolls is the founder of EvolveWorks Consulting Firm and the author of 24 Systems for a Thriving Business. She spent 18 years in business development and strategic planning inside Fortune 500 companies including Synchrony Financial and Henry Schein, where she built the operational infrastructure that allowed large organizations to run efficiently, make consistent decisions, and deliver quality at scale.
After nearly two decades watching small business owners struggle not because of lack of talent but because of lack of structure, Latrice founded EvolveWorks to bring that same level of institutional thinking to entrepreneurs and the organizations that serve them.
Latrice has been featured in The Atlanta Voice alongside Georgia gubernatorial candidate Jason Esteves at a Gathering Spot small business roundtable and has been featured twice in Voyage ATL Magazine. She delivers workshops and strategy sessions for small business owners and institutions across Georgia. Her work is grounded in one core belief: businesses do not fail from lack of effort.
