22nd Community Health Summit

The Center for Multicultural Wellness and Prevention, Inc. (CMWP), along with several community partners is in the process of planning the “22nd Annual Community Health Summit” to be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Orange County Multicultural Center, located at 7149 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida. The event is scheduled to start at 10:00AM and concludes at approximately 3:00PM. The theme for this year’s event is “Take Charge of Your Health”, was chosen to encourage individuals to take control of their health and take personal responsibility to enhance their health and wellbeing.

Objectives of the Health Summit

• Increase health awareness by providing health screenings, educational materials, and information.
• Increase awareness of local, state, health and social services and resources.
• Motivate participants to make positive health behavior changes.
• Increase personal health awareness among participants.
• Increase awareness about mental health.
• Increase awareness about financial fitness.
