The 2026 Young at Heart Ride will be hosted by location sponsor – Barrie Harley-Davidson at 27 Harley Ct, Barrie on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 in support of the IOOF’s redevelopment campaign.Doors open and registration begins at 9am with ride kick-off at 10am.
Registration fee is $50 to participate, and pre-registration is required. Riders are encouraged to collect pledges, 100% of the profits will benefit the IOOF’s redevelopment campaign.
The 2026 event will feature a 2 hour country ride, a delicious lunch at the IOOF Seniors Homes, raffle prizes, and more!
The IOOF has recently embarked on a $48 million redevelopment capital project, the largest in the IOOF’s history, and the launch of a $1.2 million fundraising campaign to expand the facility (10 Brooks Street) to a 226-bed long-term care home. This transformative revitalization will create 64 new long-term care beds and 66 upgraded beds, modern spaces, updated equipment, private rooms, and increased square footage.
