21 Day Yoga Challenge at Yoga NoHo (Members only)

This challenge is an invitation to all of our members to commit to yourself, your practice, and your well-being by showing up on the mat every day for 21 days. All classes and all levels are welcome—what matters most is consistency, presence, and dedication.

✨Challenge Details

• Dates: Monday, February 2nd to Monday February 22nd

• One in-studio class per day

• Any class on the schedule counts

• Open to all levels

✨Challenge Rules

To successfully complete the challenge, participants must:

• Attend one in-studio class every day for 21 consecutive days ( Yoga NoHo Members only )
• No skipping days
• Weekends are included (Saturday & Sunday)
• Missing a day means the challenge is no longer completed.

• 1st Place: FREE Unlimited Yoga Membership

• 2nd Place: FREE Yoga Mat

• 3rd Place: Private Yoga Class
