For two decades, McMurray Métis has gathered to honour the heart and wisdom of our Nation, our Elders.
The annual Elders Christmas Celebration is a beloved
tradition filled with laughter, gratitude, and Métis pride.
Each year, we present the Elder of the Year Awards to those who inspire others to grow, lead with kindness, embody the Seven Sacred Teachings, and carry our Métis culture and teachings forward.
This is an evening of stories, song, and community spirit
as we reflect, celebrate, and give thanks for the Elders who guides our Nation.
Each McMurray Métis Elder will receive a complimentary ticket for themselves and one additional ticket for a guest of their choice.
