A fun, untimed community bike ride celebrating Roanoke’s incredible greenways and parks while supporting Pathfinders for Greenways and PedalSafe ROA.This ride is all about getting people outside and on their bikes together. Whether you’re a beginner, a family with kids, someone getting back into cycling, or a seasoned rider looking to support our community, there’s a route for you. E-bikes are welcome and encouraged.
We’ve got three ride options this year:
• 20K Classic Ride – A great starter distance and the “5K of cycling,” perfect for beginners, families, and riders of all ages
• 20-Mile Greenway Ride – A scenic out-and-back adventure along the Roanoke River Greenway
• NEW 100K Greenway Expedition – A longer endurance challenge for riders looking to log extra miles in a fun and welcoming environment
After the ride, stick around for a post-ride celebration at Cardinal Café with a free beverage for all riders and food available for purchase.
