About this Event
On the last Saturday in April, in hundreds of cities, spanning eighty nations, people come together to breathe together in celebration of World Tai Chi and Quigong Day. The Kirkland School of Oom Yung Doe invites all community members to be part of this worldwide event. With all the tumultuous events going on, it is more important than ever to remind ourselves that panic and fear have no place in lives dedicated to peace. Be part of providing the healing vision for our world.
Join us and learn how effective Tai Chi practice can be at boosting the immune system, reducing stress, and improving overall physical health. One enduring principle of traditional martial arts is that when you improve, it positively affects everything you do. You are more energetic, patient, focused, and productive. We look forward to sharing this with our community during this global event.
