About this Event
Join Reef Healers for our World Ocean Day Cleanup on June 7, 2026, along the Cache la Poudre River in Fort Collins. This event is an opportunity for our community to come together and take action for ocean health by protecting water quality right here at home.
As a headwater community, what we do in our rivers matters. Litter and pollution that enter our waterways can travel hundreds of miles downstream, impacting ecosystems all the way to the ocean. By removing debris before it moves through the watershed, we help protect wildlife, improve local water quality, and support the health of coral reefs and marine life.
This is a hands on way to celebrate World Ocean Day, connect with others, and be part of a growing movement focused on inland ocean conservation.
Clean rivers heal reefs, and it starts here.
