Hosted at the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, this inspiring morning will bring together entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and community leaders for recognition, meaningful conversation, and powerful networking.
The program will feature honoree recognition followed by a dynamic leadership discussion titled “The Crown We Carry: Identity, Leadership & Advocacy,” exploring authenticity, representation, and leadership impact across industries and communities.

Christina Romelus, CEO of PolitiCALM and former Vice Mayor and Commissioner of Boynton Beach, is a lifelong public servant and advocate for education access, small business growth, and community leadership.
2026 Honorees
Shawn Ho-Hing King – Founder & President, Talented Teen Club, empowering underserved youth through mentorship, leadership development, and workforce programs serving over 1,000 students annually.
Evelyn Metellus – Beauty entrepreneur and Founder of the Born Beautiful Hair Loss Foundation, supporting individuals experiencing hair loss through education, restorative care, and community advocacy.
Shauna Fennell Hawkins – President of ECF Engineering Consultants, leading organizational growth and workforce development while championing opportunities for women and minorities in engineering leadership.
