WITNESSWorks is a human-centered employment platform and a core program of The Groundwork Initiative, designed to move beyond job listings to real, lasting employment. We focus on personalized support, trusted introductions to employers, and ongoing guidance, with one-year follow-up to ensure stability, retention, and growth. By meeting people where they are and staying with them after placement, WITNESSWorks helps participants build reliable income, stability, and a path forward.
