Ataskaitinės-rinkiminės konferencijos metu bus pristatyta ir tvirtinama VU SA CHGF 2025–2026 m. m. veiklos ataskaita bei renkami:
- VU SA CHGF pirmininkas (-ė);
- 2 atstovai (-ės) į VU CHGF Tarybą;
- 1 atstovas (-ė) į VU CHGF Priėmimo-atestacijos komisiją;
- 2 atstovai (-ės) į VU CHGF Akademinės etikos komisiją;
- 3 atstovai (-ės) į VU CHGF Ginčų nagrinėjimo komisiją;
- 1 atstovas (-ė) į VU CHGF Erasmus+ atrankos komisiją;
- Atstovai (-ės) į VU CHGF Studijų programų komitetus;
- 1 atstovas (-ė) į VU CHGF Studijų kolegiją;
- VU SA CHGF Kolegialus valdymo organas - Valdyba;
- 2 atstovai (-ės) į VU SA Parlamentą;
- 10 delegatų (-čių) į VU SA ataskaitinę-rinkiminę konferenciją.

Asmenys, norintys kandidatuoti į VU SA CHGF pirmininko (-ės) vietą, VU CHGF Tarybą, VU SA Parlamentą, turi atsiųsti CV ir motyvacinį laišką el. paštu [email protected] iki balandžio 12 dienos (imtinai).
Kandidatūros į šiuos postus bus skelbiamos chgf.vusa.lt puslapyje.
Studentai (-ės), norintys kandidatuoti į šiuos ir kitus postus, savo kandidatūrą galės iškelti konferencijos metu.

During the Annual Conference, the VU SR FCHG activity report for the 2025–2026 academic year will be presented and approved, and the following will be elected:
- Chairperson of VU SR FCHG;
- 2 representatives to the VU FCHG Council;
- 1 representative to the VU FCHG Admission and Attestation Commission;
- 2 representatives to the VU FCHG Academic Ethics Commission;
- 3 representatives to the VU FCHG Dispute Resolution Commission;
- 1 representative to the VU FCHG Erasmus+ Selection Commission;
- Representatives to the VU FCHG Study Programme Committees;
- 1 representative to the VU FCHG Study College;
- The collegial management body of VU SR FCHG – the Board;
- 2 representatives to the VU SR Parliament;
- 10 delegates to the VU SR Annual Conference.

Individuals wishing to run for the positions of VU SR FCHG Chairperson, VU FCHG Council, or VU SR Parliament must send their CV and a motivation letter via email to [email protected] by April 12th (inclusive).
Candidates for these positions will be announced on the chgf.vusa.lt website.
Students wishing to run for these and other positions will also be able to nominate themselves during the conference.
