About this Event
The Vermont Womenpreneurs Summit is back for its 10th production, and this year we are doing something we have never done before. Before we pause this beloved tradition to return to our monthly community gatherings, we are celebrating everything this community has built, weathered, harvested, and grown with an evening designed around the thing we do best: sincere, genuine connection.
This is not a networking event. It is a community gathering for women and gender-expansive entrepreneurs who are ready to meet the people in the room, not perform for them. The theme for this year is Celebrating the Seasons of Business.
How the Evening Works
When you arrive, you will receive a hand-illustrated dance card designed by Bethany Andrews-Nichols of Beenanza Design. Your dance card is your guide to the evening. It will move you through four seasonal conversation stations over the course of two hours, each one anchored in a real stage of the entrepreneurial journey.
🌱 Spring | The season of new ideas, possibility, and uncertainty ☀️ Summer | The season of building, laboring, and showing up 🍎 Fall | The season of harvesting, launching, and delivering ❄️ Winter | The season of rest, reflection, and integration
At each station, a Connection Host will welcome your group into a 20-minute facilitated conversation using seasonal prompts. Connection Hosts are women and gender-expansive entrepreneurs from our community, selected for their warmth, their lived experience in business, and their commitment to making everyone at the table feel genuinely welcome.
Wherever you are in your business right now, there is a table for you.
After the Summit
Mellisa Cain of Iceberg Consulting will capture the themes and collective wisdom of the evening and produce a graphic recording summary after the event: a hand-drawn visual portrait of what this community shared on June 3rd.
Admission includes: cash bar and food, swag bag with sponsor goodies, business listed in printed and digital attendee directory.
Sickness / COVID Safety Protocol: If you feel sick, we appreciate you staying home to recover. Masks are optional for attendees.
