VENDOR REGISTRATION
The annual Wedding & Event Showcase at Historic Oakland is scheduled for Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
We are honored to have so many returning vendors year after year and, as always, want to offer the early-bird pricing to you, our valued vendor!
Your vendor registration fee includes:
• One 8’x8’ booth space, a 6’ long table & 2 banquet chairs. We provide all tables for the day. For the sake of spacing and accomodating all vendors fairly, we do not permit vendor's to bring their own tables. However, if you need to bring something to enhance your booth, please speak with our coordinator to ensure it fits your space.
Oakland does not provide table linens. Please bring your own!
• A listing in our showcase booklet that all guests in attendance will receive upon arrival.
• All vendor's will be featured on our Resource List, Oakland's website and to all potential client's who come for a personal tour for a year!
• Vendor highlights on our social media pages leading up to the showcase.
Payment is due in full at the time of booth registration. No refunds will be given for vendor cancellation. If vendors must cancel due to an emergency, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, should it be approved, a $30.00 administration fee will be retained.
Preferred method of payment is via credit card. However, if payment is made via check, payment must be received within 7 business days of registration before your registration is cancelled.
NEW THIS YEAR ... We are offering vendors the opportunity to select their booth location based on the ticket option purchased.

Reserve your space for a full color ad in our Showcase Planner which will be full of resources to help plan the perfect event. It will also include a Vendor Listing detailed with contact information and day of location.

Deliver 150 of your item/flier to Historic Oakland by April 10, 2026. Promotional item and/or flier will be in our showcase bag that is given to each bride/groom or guest of honor.
