2026 The Emma Urquhart Cup: ROAR vs Forward Trust

Join us at Margate FC for the second Emma Urquhart Cup but this time we’ve gone big — a special football match celebrating the life and legacy of Emma Urquhart, a beloved Forward Trust staff member and ROAR volunteer.

This event isn’t just about football — it’s about community, recovery, and remembrance.
Come together with us to honour Emma, raise funds for Reach out and recover (ROAR) Kent CIC and Margate Football Club Community Trust, whilst challenging the stigma around addiction by showing what recovery really looks like — proud, visible, and unstoppable.

Expect an afternoon full of energy, connection, and purpose. Whether you’re in recovery, supporting someone who is, or simply want to be part of something meaningful — this is your invitation.

*Kids go FREE (under 16's)

This will be a family friendly day with plenty of activities for the children such as face painting, penalty shootout and games. Lots of stalls and information will be available about the local support networks.

Food and Drink will be available (This will be an alcohol free bar)

Time: Gates open at 11.30 - Kick off at 12.30 - Day ends at 5pm
