We invite you to join us for our annual Swan Songs Remember & Reflect Gathering, a ceremony to hold space for reflection, remembrance and the enduring impact of those who remain in our hearts. We encourage you to bring a photo of your loved one to take part in the remembrance rituals during the gathering. Music will be provided by The Levites. There is no cost to attend the event.
However, during this special season of Mother's Day, Memorial Day and Father's Day, if you would like to donate in honor or in memory of a loved one and have their photo included on our website's Remember and Reflect Memorial Wall, please visit www.swansongs.org/donate to do so and send the photo to [email protected].
