Summer camp provides a positive learning experience that creates opportunities for acquiring and retaining knowledge. In addition to Sun Country's awesome coaching staff, visiting coaches and judges will also give athletes their ideas, knowledge and perspective.Athletes will have more hours daily for training, team clinics, upgrading skills and team bonding. Camp will promote educational and athletic development, build self confidence and give your athlete a break from technology. We hope your camper will join us at Team

Athletes will have increased daily training hours, including team clinics, skill development/upgrades, dance and daily routines, flexibility, mobility, and strength training, plus air sense work. Camp also includes team bonding, motivation and goal setting, and exposure to new coaches—creating fun and memorable experiences while building confidence and independence.
Additional activities:
• Physical therapy workshop
• Nutrition education by a registered nurse
• Field trip to Westside Park and pool (lunch provided for full-day campers)
• Skill Showcase on Thursday
• Special commemorative Team Camp bow (girls) and Team Camp T-shirt (all athletes)
