About this Event
Join us for the 29th Annual Summer Scorcher Golf Outing — three days of competitive golf, camaraderie, and desert sun at the iconic Westin Mission Hills Resort in Rancho Mirage.
Format: 2-man best ball net. Prizes are based on a 2-day combined team score across Saturday and Sunday rounds.
The Weekend Schedule:
- Friday, May 29 — Practice round tee time at 2:00 PM on the Pete Dye Course (additional rounds available at no charge) This is an optional round with side games
- Saturday, May 30 — Competitive round, 7:30 AM tee time on the Pete Dye Course
- Sunday, May 31 — Final competitive round, 7:30 AM tee time on the Pete Dye Course, followed by lunch and prize ceremony
Registration Cost:
- $550/person (shared room, 2 per room) — includes 2 nights lodging, 3 rounds of golf, lunch on Sunday, and $20/player toward prize money
- $800/person (single occupancy) — same inclusions with a private room
- $290/Person (No hotel) Golf, prizes, pizza & beer ceremony
All taxes and resort fees are included.
Prize Pool (based on 60 players these numbers are estimates) 1st Place Team: $200 | 2nd: $150 | 3rd: $100 | 4th: $70 | Plus: Honesty Award, Fewest Putts (both days), Long Drive (both days), and 8 Closest-to-Pin competitions ($30 each, 4 per day)
