Arrival: 10:00 - 10:15 am
Video: 10:30 am - 11:00 am
Off-Ice / Cognitive Training (run by 2SP): 11:15 am - 12:15 pm
On-Ice Training: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
End of Day: 2:30 pm
