About this Event

Each week brings a brand-new adventure as campers dive into themed experiences that spark creativity, curiosity, and connection. Whether they’re creating masterpieces, exploring the ocean, living out legendary stories, cooking up delicious fun, or filming their own productions, every day is a chance to discover something amazing.

What age must a child be to attend Summer Camp?

Summer Camp is designed for children ages 4 (completed Pre-K and entering Kindergarten) through 11 years old (elementary students only). Campers are grouped by age.

If your child does not meet these criteria, we offer a preschool program that may better suit your needs.

Why register online?

Online registration allows us to properly organize camp groups, staffing, and field trips. Space is limited, and timely registration is essential.

Campers must be registered by Thursday at midnight the week prior to the service date. Registration is completed through Eventbrite using the link provided on the last page.

Example:
For the week of May 18–22, 2026, registration must be completed by Thursday, May 14, 2026, at midnight.

Can guardians register for multiple weeks at once?

Yes. Camp enrollment is weekly, and guardians may register for as many weeks as desired.
However, a separate registration must be completed for each week.

Use the child’s name and guardian’s email for each submission
Families registering multiple children must submit separate forms for each child

What is the cost, and does it include field trips?

Weekly Tuition: $385 (includes field trips)
Registration Fee: $75
Daily rates are not available during Summer Camp

Can a guardian cancel a registration?

Yes. Registrations may be canceled by:

Logging into Eventbrite
Calling the school
Emailing the school

Cancellations must be completed by Thursday at midnight the week prior to the service date.

Will I be charged tuition if I cancel?

No tuition will be charged if the registration is canceled by the stated deadline. After that time, tuition is due, as space, staffing, and activities have already been reserved.

Does my child need extra clothing?

Yes. Please send a labeled bag with an extra change of clothes for messy activities and water park days. Please refer to the attached Water Park Rules document for additional details.

How will I receive updates and communication?

Weekly Email: Sent every Friday with themes, activities, and field trip details
Tadpoles App: Daily reports, photos, and reminders
Social Media: Follow us on Facebook and Instagram a
Phone: Families may call to speak with their child’s teacher, preferably during lunch hours

Limited Group Size & Interaction

Campers are grouped by age and grade
Group sizes will not exceed 20 children
Camp groups remain separated during core hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Children who arrive early or stay late may combine during the first and last hour of the day
