James Thompson • Violin
A sought-after chamber musician and concertmaster, James Thompson performs regularly with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and has appeared with the Escher String Quartet. He serves as concertmaster of the Erie Philharmonic and BlueWater Chamber Orchestra and leads the Caroga Lake Music Festival’s chamber orchestra. Thompson is also Director of Music@Menlo’s Winter Residency.
Stephanie Price • Viola
Known for her innovative concerts, dynamic teaching, and leadership in arts education, Stephanie Price serves as the Associate Executive Director of Caroga Arts Collective. She created the SPACE Program in 2024, bringing string education back to Fulton and Montgomery County schools and is recognized for training the next generation of music entrepreneurs. She is a founding CLMF resident artist and member of the KASA Quartet.
Kyle Barret Price • Cello
Artistic & Executive Director of Caroga Arts Collective, founding member of the KASA Quartet, and member of the Cavani String Quartet, Kyle Barrett Price is known for his collaborative programming and artistic leadership. He is a winner of the Yamaha Young Performing Artists Competition and has appeared at festivals including Banff and the Perlman Music Program, as well as on NPR’s From the Top.
Mika Sasaki • Piano
Praised for her “virtuosity and sparkling sound,” pianist Mika Sasaki has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and festivals including Tanglewood, Aspen, and Taos. She is a faculty member at The Juilliard School and has collaborated with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, and A Far Cry.
This residency brings together four dynamic artists whose careers span international stages, major festivals, and leading educational institutions. We look forward to sharing these performances - and a first look at the 2026 CLMF season - with our community.
