We’re excited to share that early bird registration opens soon for our next Brave Space Retreat, taking place April 23-26, 2026, in beautiful Hilton Head!Brave Space retreats are intentionally crafted for helping professionals, trauma survivors, and those seeking personal growth who are ready to step away from the noise of daily life and into a space of reflection, creativity, and connection. Over the course of four days, participants engage in expressive arts, mindful movement, grounding nature experiences, and evidence-based therapeutic practices designed to support meaningful and lasting change.
This retreat is facilitated by Lisa Wolcott and Cheryl Lynn, both Daring Way–trained facilitators, who thoughtfully weave Dr. Brené Brown’s research on courage, vulnerability, and shame with somatic practices, creative exploration, and community-centered healing.
