Get ready for an epic summer at 2026 Spearfish Youth Performance Summer Camps - where young talents shine and dreams come true!
The Youth Performance Camp is focused on building better athletes through tried and practiced traditional strength and conditioning methods using science-backed techniques to build better athletes. The goal of this program is for athletes to become stronger, produce more power, jump higher, run faster, have increased mobility and agility while being more resilient to injury.
All high school athletes should register for the next sport they will be competing in. For example, a three-sport athlete of Volleyball, Basketball and Track should register and attend the Volleyball section. Middle School sessions are available for 8th and 7th-grade athletes only.
DATES: Sessions held Mondays-Thursdays, from June 1-July 30. (No sessions July 1-7 due to the SDHSSA Dead Week or Moratorium.)
SCHEDULE:
- 6 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. — Football/Boys Wrestling
- 7:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. — Boys Soccer/Boys Basketball/ Boys Tennis
- 8:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. — Girls Soccer/Girls Tennis/Cross Country
- 9:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. — Girls Basketball/Volleyball/Girls Wrestling
- 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. — Cheer and Dance/Track/Golf/Softball
- 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. — Middle School (all sports)
- 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. — Middle School (Optional session if the first fills)
- 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. — Make Up Session
